Please understand that we receive a high number of requests. Submission of this form is ONLY a request for student performers and is not a guarantee. While we do our best to accommodate performance requests, our students’ academic and artistic schedules are strenuous. Our Foundation office will contact you to discuss your request.
If the request is approved, a donation to our school's art area is expected through the Bak MSOA Foundation so we can continue to fund our mission of providing the resources, opportunities, and experiences required for the highest quality arts enriched education

We suggest you request your performance as soon as you have a date. Our students and faculty need as much time as possible to ensure that the necessary paperwork is filed, logistics are in place, and that no conflicts exist. Requests made less than four weeks from performance date will not be considered.

While not preferred, there are certain times of year where students may be available to perform during school hours. These requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by school administration. Preferred times are before school, after school, or wekend performances.

Once received, a member of our Foundation team will contact you within a week to confirm receipt of request and ask any clarifying questions. The request can often take a total of three to four weeks to process after which our Foundation will contact you to let you know if your request is approved.
